I am 6 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 350 pounds. I need strong and sturdy footwear and these boots/sneaker fit the bill.My feet are long, wide, and thick. These are the only boots/sneakers I feel comfortable in. On days when my feet are extremely swollen (due to various health problems) I can lace them very, very loose and the sides of the boot still stay firm and offer support.I'm far from being a dandy but I still like to look decent when I leave the house. These boots can stand up to months of daily medium duty household chores and still look almost new.I call these boots/sneakers because even though they look like giant tanks sitting on the floor, they look like normal sized sneakers when I'm wearing them. I wear them in the summer with shorts instead on sneaker and they look fine. They also provide the support a large man like myself needs.The last pair I had to get rid of is because the heels wore unevenly after many months of daily use. The rest of the boot looked barely worn.PS:I feel like rating them one star because they are constantly out of stock and I don't want to have to find another boot..... but it would be a sin to give these incredible fitting and wearing boots anything less than 5 STARS!PPS:I haven't been paid for this endorsement but I wouldn't object to being a paid spokesman because these are GREAT boots!
